Our Hosted Exchange provider is currently experiencing a major outage affecting ALL Hosted Exchange services.
Some symptoms of this issue is:
- Unable to check email via Outlook OR Outlook Web Access (OWA)
- Password Dialog Box keeps popping up
- No email flow to and from Mobile and Non-Mobile devices

Incident Resolved: 1994 Outlook, OWA, Control Panel and 2FA authentication issues

Summary of Issue:
Some mailboxes might been experiencing connection issues when accessed via Outlook/OWA/mobile devices. Login to Control Panels and 2FA authentication might have been unavailable.
Business Impact:
All users are now able to connect to their mailboxes via Outlook, OWA and mobile devices. Logins to Control Panels and 2FA authentication are working as expected.
Technical Details
Our System Administrators have identified an issue in our VA datacenter which caused issues with mailbox, Control Panel and 2FA authentication. We restarted the affected servers to mitigate the impact. All users should be able to log into their mailboxes via Outlook, OWA and mobile clients, access Control panels and pass 2FA authentication check. Please contact Support team if you continue to experience any further issues with installing the application.
